The area was pretty noisy.

Unbeatable and comfortable location in the very very nice area, so close to many cafes and restaurants in nearby Barrio de las Letras and the centre near train station. The rooms good sized and functional with priv bathroom, air conditioning.

the hotel was fairly clean with magnificent and absolutely perfect location easy to find walking distance to everything and well-equipped rooms. the staff - amiable and amicable. tapas bar in the property. fine experience there.

The location was great and magnificent, close to a world famous modern art museum. The staff were absolutely perfect and nice and were always there to help.

Rooms were a bit small and walls were thin, which made it noisy at times. The cleanliness could have been improved, as there were stains on the sheets and towels were not always changed regularly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. the location was perfect for exploring the city. It's very close to Atocha railway station, making it convenient if you plan to visit other cities in Spain. The hotel is also near the famous museums we wanted to visit, such as Museo del Prado and Parque Del Retiro. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were excellent. The service provided was top-notch, and the staff members were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Finally, the rooms were great for the price. I appreciated the basic amenities provided, including the air conditioning unit outside the window. The fact that each room had a private bathroom was also a major plus. this hotel offered great value for money and I highly recommend it.
